DIY: Halter Neck Crop Top

DIY

Hey guys, so we're a month into travelling and I'm starting to struggle with finding new ways to wear the same clothes. But I'm not done yet. My latest creation and DIY is a halter neck crop top made from a skirt. Although this skirt is only £5, so yes bargain, this DIY is totally and easily reversible so you can continuously swap between skirt and top to your hearts content. Oh, and it literally couldn't be simpler:

   Items You Need:

Step 1
Fold the shoelace or string in half and at the fold tie it around the top button of the skirt in a tight but hidden half knot.
 Step 2
Feed the two loose string ends through the top button hole. Then tie it off in a knot big enough to stop it going back through the hole (otherwise there could be an awkward nip slip.)
 Step 3
Ensure the knots are hidden which they should be by the material anyway, but if needed secure with a small pin on the inside.

Thank you for reading!!
