Summer Style Part 2: Gypsy Outfitters

So here comes part 2 of the summer style series. As was explained in Part 1 this series is all about embracing summer: lighter fabrics, lighter colours, lighter spirits. Today's post is about an awesome shop called Gypsy Outfitters who have the most gorgeous bohemian pieces, that are the perfect mix of gypsy and bang on trend making them one of my favourite shops this summer. (And on a side note shout out to their web design, it is stunning.) I have to mention that picking my favourites was a genuine difficulty as there are so many gorgeous pieces, so this collection took me waaay longer than it should (my bank card is cowering in my purse), but it has given me such a summer buzz and I definitely recommend a good spree even if it is just window/screen shopping.

I hope you enjoy my picks and stay tuned for Part 3!

  1. I ordered 3 shirts, one was a buy one get one, so should have received 4 shirts, and I also ordered a pair of sunglasses. The entire order was sent in 3 different packages and the only thing that was correct were the sunglasses. I received in total 3 shirts and none of them were the size I ordered, and one smelled as if it had been stored in a wet basement. I sent several emails asking for a return label and was ignored. After 2 months I finally filed a dispute with paypal which I won. I sent back the 3 shirts I received, and was credited back by paypal. Since then I have received several threatening emails from them accusing me of lying, being mentally ill, and threatening me with legal action, the sender does not sign their name, yet they are from Gypsy Outfitters letterhead. In 20 years of shopping online I have never had problems such as these, and whomever is handling customer service is clearly unable to act maturely or own the fact that they have made many mistakes regarding my simple order. I do not recommend this company as one to safely do business with. I have reported them to paypal and they are investigating and considering no longer allowing them to use paypal.
